How this works. Submissions are reviewed by your Milwaukee Ridge HOA Board and Peak HOA Services before any action is taken. The reporter's identity is kept confidential and is not shared with the resident receiving the notice. Reports are not auto-issued — every report is verified before a notice goes out.
