Mobile Pass Keycard Enrollment
Milwaukee Ridge HOA offers mobile pass keycards that allow approved residents to access the community's common properties from their smartphones. Please review the following before submitting your request.
Eligibility
Mobile passes are issued only to resident owners and their immediate household members, or to tenants of leased homes within Milwaukee Ridge. Absentee owners are not permitted to use the common properties and are therefore not eligible for a mobile pass. All applicants must be 14 years of age or older.
Limit
A maximum of two (2) mobile passes are permitted per lot. If your household already has two active passes, a new request cannot be processed until an existing pass is released.
Good Standing Requirement
Mobile passes will only be activated for lots in good standing with the Association. Lots with delinquent assessments, unresolved violations, or other outstanding compliance matters will have activation deferred until the account is brought current.
Instructions
Complete one form per lot. You may request one or two passes in a single submission — use the "Add Second Mobile Pass" button to enroll a second user. A unique email address and mobile phone number are required for each pass. Once your request is reviewed and approved, each user will receive a setup email from Alta Open with instructions for installing the mobile credential on their phone.
