| Architectural Review Committee (ARC) | Reviews exterior improvement requests for compliance with Design Guidelines; reports CCR violations to the Board. |
| Social Committee (Events) | Plans and coordinates neighborhood events to foster community engagement. |
| Park & Pool Committee | Oversees maintenance and improvement projects for common areas—pool, courts, fields, pavilion, gardens, and playground. |
| Audit Committee | Assists the Treasurer with nonprofit accounting, finance, and internal review matters. |
