2025 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
January 1, 2025
Dear Milwaukee Ridge Homeowners Association Homeowners,
In accordance with the governing documents for the Milwaukee Ridge Community Association, Inc. the Annual Meeting of the members will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., at The Elks Lodge #1348, 3409 Milwaukee Ave, Lubbock, TX 79407. The meeting will be held for the following purposes:
- To consider reports of the affairs of the Association
- To transact any other business which may properly come before the members.
- To elect one (1) Treasurer/Board Member
- To vote on proposition against allowing Short-term Rental Properties
- To appoint volunteers
- one (1) secretary
- Architectural Review Committee (ARC) volunteers
- Pool & Park committee volunteers
- Event committee volunteers
- Audit committee volunteers
- To consider other community priorities for common areas

There is one (1) Treasurer position available on the Board of Directors that will serve a three-year term. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the Candidate Nomination Form and return it by mail at 6901 34th, Lubbock, TX 79407 or email to mrhoa@milwaukeeridge.com by February 8, 2025 so that you may be placed on the ballot. Your involvement is vital in order to preserve the quality of our Association.
In the event you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the proxy and return it by mail to Milwaukee Ridge HOA at 6901 34th Street, Lubbock, TX 79407 or email to mrhoa@milwaukeeridge.com no later than February 16, 2024. Please arrive by 3:30 p.m. in order to sign in and receive your materials before the meeting starts. The meeting will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.
