Community Committees
Other homeowner opportunities to serve in our Milwaukee Ridge HOA Community:
- Architectural Review Committee (ARC) | Oversees improvements to homeowner properties by reviewing homeowner requests and giving guidance for design compliance within the approved ARC Design Guidelines and reports homeowner property violations of CCRs to the Board of Directors.
- Event Committee | Creates and coordinates exciting homeowner experiences to engage with other community members with through events and activities hosted throughout the year.
- Park & Pool Committee | Coordinates and facilitates projects to improve and develop our community common areas — pool area, basketball and tennis courts, baseball backstop, soccer fields, pavilions, garden and park area improvements, and playground.
